Quality Control Manager – Post Harvest
Eric brings extensive experience in field and post harvest handling of fresh vegetables. Eric has held a variety of field management positions in the industry throughout growing regions in the western United States and Mexico. Eric holds a degree in Agribusiness from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo.

Quality Control Assistant
A native of Mexico, Jaime provides post harvest quality control support for all inbound product to our cooler. Jaime brings over six years of experience to our quality control staff. In addition to his post harvest expertise, Jaime has two years of harvesting experience.

Manager Food Safety
Born in Guayamas, Sonora Mexico, Giselle earned her degree in Agricultural Engineering in Monterrey, Mexico. After graduating in 2003 she started working as a food safety supervisor in Sonora, Mexico. An opportunity became available to work in the U.S., where she worked as a biocontrol supervisor in Arizona. Focusing her career in this field, she took the position at Beachside. Giselle gets satisfaction knowing that she is helping take care of the health of the consumers in an indirect way.
