Born and raised in an agricultural community in Illinois. Bob joined Beachside two years ago with an extensive produce background, with over 24 years of produce sales. Most recently Bob worked 11 years for Apio Inc. in the Guadalupe area. Bob earned his undergraduate degree from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois. Bob has been married for 28 years and has two sons. In addition to managing sales, Bob manages the artichokes, lettuce and Brussels sprouts for Beachside.

National Accounts Manager
Raised on a family farm in California, Greg has a lifetime of experience in production agriculture. In addition to field expertise, Greg brings over 10 years of experience in transportation, commodity management, and account management to the Beachside sales team. Greg holds a degree in Agribusiness at Cal Poly State University and an MBA from the University of Laverne.

National Accounts Manager
A graduate in Agribusiness from Cal Poly State University with a minor in computer science, Derek brings over 10 years of produce experience to the Beachside sales team. Prior to Beachside, Derek acquired extensive product knowledge and marketing experience as an inspector and buyer for Markon in Salinas. In addition to his position as national accounts manager, Derek manages the romaine, green leaf and red leaf for Beachside.

National Accounts Manager
Born and raised in the agricultural community of the Imperial Valley in California, Gilbert brings over 10 years experience in the produce industry to Beachside. He holds a degree in Agribusiness from Cal Poly State University and served in the US Army from 1989 to 1992. Gilbert previously worked for Adam Bros. in Santa Maria and Markon in Salinas.

Lettuce Commodity Manager
National Accounts Manager
Will, a native Californian and a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, has been involved in the produce business for over 20 years. He began his career as a buyer for Sysco, and moved on to Apio for 13 years. Prior to Beachside, he was manager of the Pacific International Marketing office in Santa Maria. Will manages the lettuce program for Beachside.

Accounts Manager
A magna cum laude graduate of Agribusiness from Cal Poly State University San Luis Obispo in 2005, Dan comes to Beachside with a long-standing family background in production agriculture. Dan manages the napa and bok choy for Beachside. He also assists in the management of broccoli.

Gloria Olivo
Sales Assistant
Gloria provides valuable support for our sales staff. Her responsibilities include invoicing, order entry, and a variety of duties that support the sales effort. In addition to sales support, Gloria has experience with receiving and inventory control. A resident of Santa Maria, Gloria brings over 10 years of expertise to Beachside.
