1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked and cooled
10 ounces of chopped Beachside broccoli
3 eggs, slightly beaten
One 3 ounce can of french fried onion rings, divided
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1/3 cup of milk
In separate mixing bowl, combine eggs, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix thoroughly. Combine this mixture with broccoli. Place 1/2 of mixture, in baked pie shell, alternating with onion rings. Top with onion rings. Bake at 450ºF. 10-18 minutes or until done. Cool to room temperature and serve.

Low Fat Beachside Broccoli Dip
One 16 ounce carton of Lite-n-Sour sour cream
10 ounces of chopped Beachside broccoli
1 can of sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 package of vegetable soup mix
Mix all ingredients and chill 2 hours before using. Serve on party rye or
pumpernickel crackers.

Linguine with Beachside Broccoli and Garlic
16 ounces linguini
1 bunch Beachside broccoli, cut up
1/4 cup olive oil
Garlic powder
Salt
Chopped fresh parsley
Parmesan cheese
Cook linguine and broccoli together in boiling water until done. Mix olive
oil, garlic powder, parsley and salt to taste. Drain linguine & broccoli
well. Put back in pot and toss with olive oil mixture and Parmesan cheese.

Zesty Beachside Broccoli
1 garlic clove, minced
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil
1 large bunch of fresh Beachside broccoli, cut into florets (3 1/2 cups)
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of salt
In a large skillet, saute the garlic and pepper flakes in oil. Add broccoli
and toss to coat, saute for 8 minutes or until crisp tender. Sprinkle with
salt. Makes 6 servings.

Sweet, Spicy, Tangy Broccoli
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 large strips lemon zest
2 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 large head of Beachside broccoli
Easy Preparation
Combine all ingredients except for broccoli in saucepan and simmer for a
few minutes. Pour over steamed broccoli, sprinkle with salt and serve.
