NUTRITIONAL VALUE

  • Contains vitamins A, K and C and it also has folate, potassium and manganese in the leaves.

STORAGE AND PREP

  • Wrap unwashed bunch in clean paper towel and place in a plastic bag. When ready to use wash thoroughly. Works well as a garnish or can be used in dressing’s, pestos and salsa.
